Within our subscription services, we are able to give the possibility to add some extra hours if the work requires some more time than expected by the subscription plan. Also, it is possible to buy some hours for non-subscription clients in emergency cases.
Extra hour cost for subscribers: content management – 15, web programming – 35.
For non-subscription clients: content management – 25, web programming – 60.
FAQ
What happened after I will buy the plan?
Once you sign up for the plan that makes the most sense for your website, you’ll receive a welcome email with details about how to securely send us your login credentials for both WP admin and FTP. Once we have received this information, we’ll have your plan fully implemented in 24-48 hours.
Fully-implemented means that one of our support engineers has logged into the site, connected it to our remote maintenance system, performed a manual test of the remote backup process, and manually perform any outstanding core/plugin updates.
After this work is done you will get a confirmation email with access to our support-portal where you can create new tickets, track the progress and ask questions to our tech specialists.
How does the support work?
The work is organized using our support portal. You either just need to log in to support portal https://yelpix.freshdesk.com/ or send the request to email support@yelpix.com. Once the ticket is created one of our experts takes it in work and you get the notifications about all updates.
At the end of the month you get a detailed report with history of tickets, basic website analytics and recommendations for website improvement.
Which plan is best for me?
That depends on how much help you need and what website do you have.
If you have corporate website and need minimal help with content updates, and just want to be sure that your website works and updated, then the best package for you is Basic.
If you often make updates on the website, have plans about future improvements then Standard plan is for you.
Business plan works for online store and complex corporate websites which have a lot of traffic and data.
Custom plan is the best option for complex solutions as CRM, accounting systems, web-portal etc.
How do I upgrade/downgrade or cancel my support plan?
In order to start the support plan update, please create a ticket on the support portal with subject “Plan update” and describe what action you would like to do. Our staff will reach our to you and help with this.
Do you provide hosting?
We provide support to anyone regardless of their hosting provider. We understand that everyone has their own specific needs and budgets. If you would like to upgrade your hosting however we can propose you a few hosting plans. The benefit in hosting with us is that we have better control of your site when it comes to updates and fixes along with better performance.
What happens if I don’t use all of my hours?
All hours that are not used during the month become expired and can’t be used in the future.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for six months payment and 20% for one-year payment.
